Hello! I am Kelly, nice to meet you!
Three things you should know about me, I am a coffee lover, a Disney junkie and I have a passion for all things Real Estate! I grew up on the South Shore in Massachusetts in the town of Rockland, and I have lived in various towns on the South Shore my entire life. I am very familiar with the area and the market trends.
With over 100+ successful transactions, I have been offering professional advice and providing knowledgeable service for many years. I am an experienced agent who will work hard for you and be there for you every step of the way.
Often times people ask me, “How do you do it all?”. The answer to me is simple. I LOVE what I do and I LOVE helping people. Bill Kelly is OFD (Originally from Dorchester) and has been a long time resident of Randolph. You may recognize him from town if you ever ordered pizza from O'Donnells as he worked part time as a pizza cook for over 32 years!
Being a Red Sox and Patriots fan, Bill understands the highs and lows of the real estate market. “Careful kid, they'll break your heart.” The same can be said for the current market but that doesn’t stop Bill from doing everything he can to make sure his clients get the home of their dreams. After retiring from Management at UPS after 37 years, Bill has been able to shift his focus to Real Estate. As a REALTOR®, Bill provides his buyer and seller clients with impeccable customer service.

Kate has always had an interest in real estate. In 2004 she decided to pursue it professionally by getting her real estate sales license. Having grown up along the South Shore, Kate knows how much the communities have to offer. She and her husband spent 22 years in Kingston, raising their children and participating in local clubs and organizations. Now they spend their time by the beach in Manomet and participating in community events. Aside from real estate, Kate's professional resume includes positions as a science educator, fitness instructor, and healthcare researcher. She is dedicated to using her knowledge and skills to aid people in achieving their goals. Kerrin Vital, REALTOR®
Kerrin Vital is a real estate agent with Kelly Real Estate, serving Dartmouth and the South Coast of Massachusetts, including New Bedford, Westport, Fairhaven, and the surrounding communities. With roots in Rockland and connections to Marshfield, Plymouth, and Sagamore Beach, she knows this region from the South Shore to the South Coast, and she chose to put down roots in Dartmouth for good reason.
Licensed since late 2021, Kerrin brings nearly 20 years of senior project management experience and a background in design-focused customer service that taught her how to see a home through a client's eyes. That combination means clients get a clear process, consistent communication, and someone who can anticipate problems before they become obstacles and handle difficult conversations when they arise.
Kerrin has found her footing working with downsizers. People who have spent decades building a life in their home are now navigating one of the most emotionally complex transitions there is. It is not just about the sale. It is about helping someone sort through what stays, what goes, and what comes next, with patience, honesty, and someone firmly in their corner. It is work she does not take lightly because she knows how much is at stake for the people sitting across the table from her.
A common question clients ask is: When is the right time to start thinking about downsizing? Kerrin's answer is simple: earlier than you think. The more time you have, the more options you have.
Outside of real estate, Kerrin shares her home in Dartmouth with her husband, stepson, and their rescue pup. She volunteers with a local animal rescue and ties her referral program to that cause. She has also genuinely fallen in love with the South Coast. From the beaches, the local family-run restaurants, the wineries, breweries, and the farm coast, this area is unlike anywhere else in Massachusetts.
